BB began operating Tokyo vacation rentals in 2015. In June 2018 — the same month the Private Lodging Business Act came into force — we registered as a residential lodging management business with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). Since then, we have run our own Airbnb Superhost portfolio and channelled that hands-on experience back into our owners' businesses. Our native Japanese, English, and Vietnamese team is set up to meet the specific needs of foreign owners.
